Set in a secluded and private location, participants uncover personal barriers, develop stress-management techniques, and establish a foundation of resilience and confidence. Through tailored one-on-one and group coaching, they gain clarity about their strengths and areas for growth.
STAGE 3: CHALLENGE
21st-25th July 2025

In the rugged Welsh countryside, participants face five days of mentally and physically demanding tasks, including surprise scenarios and team-based challenges. This immersive experience fosters leadership, adaptability, and collaboration under pressure.
STAGE 4: INTEGRATE
30th-31st July 2025

At a coastal location, participants reflect on their transformative journey and consolidate their learnings. Guided by our expert coaches, they craft bespoke action plans to sustain personal, academic, and professional growth.
